Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa lavadora de vehículos con sistema de máquinas tragamonedas en el cantón Zamora de la provincia de Zamora Chinchipe para el año 2015

This research work begins with a situational test in which the service company will develop vehicle washing system with slot machines for the City of Zamora; the lack of a venue in which consumers are the protagonists of grooming your vehicle and due to the massive growth in the number vehicles, create a local of this type to meet the needs of customers. As such research called "PROJECT FEASIBILITY FOR THE CREATION OF A COMPANY WASHER VEHICLE SYSTEM WITH MACHINES SLOT IN ZAMORA CANTON PROVINCE OF ZAMORA CHINCHIPE FOR 2015" was conducted for this research was the overall objective determine the commercial viability of the proposal to implement a washing machine company vehicles with slot machines for the canton Zamora province of Zamora Chinchipe, the methodology used for research is inductive, deductive, statistical and descriptive method. The technique used was the survey and applied using a questionnaire that contained open and closed questions that were used to obtain information on the supply and demand for the service car wash, the same as corresponding to market research which determines the demand this service, the sample corresponds to 314 people; are 172 people the real demand that own vehicle and are economically active real users, who use the service wash, that is what has generated the idea of covering the need according as requested by the client and the user is responsible cleaning your vehicle. As for the supply of that service, according to research is known the existence of 8 commercial providing the service car wash, surveys were applied to the 8 existing premises. In the technical study the optimal size of the project was established in installed capacity use slot machine is determined to offer the service: 2 water pumps; 1 slot machine dispensing shampoo 1 vacuum machine vehicles with slot machines. In addition, it provides for the location of the company which would form macro in the Province of Zamora Chinchipe, Zamora City; and form micro taking into account the location Micro Matrix will be in north central sector in Av. Del Army. In terms of organizational structure it will count with the participation of 5 people, 3 of them hired full time and the other 2 so professional or Ad-Hoc services. Therefore the company is established as "Sole" and the respective procedures are developed for operating permits starting with obtaining the RUC in the Internal Revenue Service. In the Economic and Financial study the total fixed assets is USD $ 18,391.98 dollars of the United States of America, deferred assets to $ 2334.83 USD United States of America, Current Assets USD to $ 2754.25 US of America, for a total investment of USD $ 23,481.06 dollars of the United States of America; which will be financed from domestic sources 48.89% and 51.11% with a loan from the National Development Bank. In the Income Statement sales revenues are USD $ 45,286.56 dollars of the United States of America, minus the total cost of USD $ 34,815.03 dollars of the United States of America; It gives a gross profit of USD $ 10,471.53 dollars of the United States of America, to which 15% of income for workers subtracted, 22% of income tax and 10% Legal Reserve obtaining a net profit USD $ 6248.36 dollars the United States in the first year of operation of the company and will go on increasing for the next few years. To calculate breakeven in terms of sales revenue for the first year is $ 14,494.76 dollars of the United States in terms of installed capacity of 32.01% a percentage where the project does not represent or gain or loss. Financial Evaluation for applying the main criteria it was determined that the net present value is positive with USD $ 32592.82 dollars of the United States of America. It is appropriate to accept the project, on the other hand the internal rate of return is 24.67% that comparing the rate of opportunity cost of capital of 11.20% is higher, so the project is also acceptable. As for the payback period of capital in this project is 2 years, 10 months and 10 days, RBC benefit-cost ratio is USD $ USD 1.30 United States of America United States of America and this indicates that for every dollar invested USD $ 0.30 will get cents of the United States of America performance; and based on the sensitivity analysis it shows that the project can withstand up to 10.00% increase in costs and a decrease in revenue of 10.00%. Consequently, the results obtained and associated with the remainder of the study the feasibility of implementing the proposed project is demonstrated.
