Etiketa erantsi | Gaia: | The topic of this research is: "IMPLEMENTATION OF A SYSTEM OF BUSINESS ACCOUNTING IN THE COMPANY" COMMERCIAL MONTERO OF CANTON CATAMAYO, September 2013 period," the same that is oriented to the structuring of an accounting tool for the company's sales of hardware.This work was performed for the purpose of giving its owner a contribution so he can take proper control and management of its financial economic resources while allowing him to know the real situation of his business to decision making; and as a prerequisite to obtain the degree of Engineer in Accounting and Auditing CPA requirement; for which it was necessary to make a survey of an initial inventory and collecting and physical verification of the source documents, a memorandum of operations and design of accounting records for the implementation of the accounting process. With the introduction of commercial accounting, the proposed objectives achieve how elaboration of a plan and manual for specific accounts, it was structured the inventory; accounting records and supporting was designed and through its process financial statements as optimal and effective information for the correct decision -making by his employer. Finally it is concluded that once developed the accounting process the same is ordered and classified by determining loss for the year so the owner recommended host the accounting proposed design and use it to continue implementation of accounting that has been developed technical and methodological considering the type of economic activity, allow the control and normal operation of the business and thus may have relevant, reliable and comparable financial statements for timely decision making |
