Sumario:The present work, investigates the educational practice factors that impact in the quality of the learning of the students of tenth year of Basic Education of the "Eloy Alfaro" High School of Cariamanga city, whose objectives and reach were: To diagnose the educational practice in relation to the design and curricular development, to explain the educational practice factors that impact in the quality of the learning and to build an alternative proposal with theoretical foundation, methodological at profile level. The investigation is located in the qualitative paradigm since the study type it is descriptive - explanatory, the same one that was oriented based on the achievement of the specific objectives, where the tasks, activities and its corresponding methodology are designed. Therefore, carried out the investigation we can say that the factors with more incidence in the students learning are the psycho-pedagogic and the sociological factors. With the purpose of improving the education quality we built the alternative proposal, that was considered inside the educational practice and whose title is: "The resources or didactic supports in the educational practice."
