It should be noted that the company called " MC Procesadora y Comercializadora de Hierro " will be located in the city of Loja, San Sebastian parish, industry Cdla. Sol de los Andes, in the streets between Brahms and Chopin Juan Pio Montufar, since it is a strategic and accessible sector to enable citizens to acquire the product. The study carried, it was applied to a sample of 283 people including architects, engineers and builders, information that allowed us to determine the actual demand, effective demand, the share of the company and product offering, yielding a per capita consumption 10.926 client units annually iron stirrups. Likewise is the administrative organization established with the different hierarchical levels and functions should play each of the persons who will serve on the company. It also has determined its structure and it is anticipated that the life of the project is for a period of five years. The company will have an installed capacity of 1'040.000,00 iron stirrups per year capacity; likewise have a capacity used for the first year and every year 728,000.00 soar to cover 98% of installed capacity. The required investment is $ 51,598.56 of which 38.76% will be borrowed capital and 61.24% equity partner. According to the results of the financial evaluation the project is feasible to implement, demonstrating the positive values of the various indicators such as: Net Worth is achieved in the project is $ 66,379.25 which indicates a positive value; therefore, the decision to invest is convenient, the internal rate of return is 67.39%. The capital recovery period will be 3 years, 2 months and 15 days; sensitivity analysis, in case of increase in costs is 8%, and in case of decrease is 8%, indicating that the project is not sensitive to future changes.
