| Итог: | The present research that is titled: "Co-construction of Participatory Neighborhood Solutions: Case study Barrio La Palmira of the Quinara Parish of the Loja Canton. Year 2022", had as its main objective to contribute to the "La Palmira" neighborhood in the construction of effective solutions, applying participatory, independent and democratic processes, aimed at meeting citizen demands in accordance with local reality, through three objectives aimed at satisfying their needs, fostering the organization and participation of neighborhood residents, assisting in the preparation of a joint diagnosis of problems, and helping to design solutions to problems. The methodology used was action research, with a mixed approach and non-experimental-transversal design. The research techniques and instruments used were: observation sheet, interview, survey, structural diagram, SWOT matrix, participatory workshop, gravity-urgency matrix, problem-objective trees and the neighborhood action plan. The target population was the heads of household or members of the family nucleus who are 18 years of age or older, who live in the "La Palmira" neighborhood, this being a total of 130 people. The results of the investigation showed that there is a weak organization and leadership in the neighborhood, therefore, it was essential to reactivate the directive, obtain support commitments for the development of the investigation, carry out participatory workshops and create virtual communication channels to improve the organization and participation among residents. In addition, through the collective diagnosis, it was determined that the main problems of the neighborhood lie in the low coverage of the sanitary sewerage service, the lack of maintenance of the roads and the difficult access of heavy vehicles to the neighborhood. Likewise, a neighborhood action plan was designed in which the necessary activities were planned to solve these problems. |
