Participación de la empresa municipal VIVEM EP. en dar soluciones de vivienda a las personas de escasos recursos económicos en la parroquia urbana Carigán del cantón Loja

The present research work called "PARTICIPATION OF THE MUNICIPAL COMPANY VIVEM-EP IN GIVING SOLUTIONS OF HOUSING TO PEOPLE OF LOW ECONOMIC RESOURCES IN THE URBAN PARISH CARIGAN OF CANTON LOJA" was done taking into account each of the phases of the investigative process, And in accordance with the guidelines established by the Regulations of the Academic Regime of the National University of Loja. One of the main weaknesses that exists at the present time is the housing sector, due, in most cases, to the lack of programs and the high value in the price of each one of the houses. In this way the need arises to know what projects have been carried out and what is the management carried out by the company for the benefit of the families of Canton Loja and, mainly, the urban parish Carigán. Therefore, the main idea that is reflected in this thesis is the participation of the municipal company VIVEM-EP in the solution of housing for the sector of people with limited economic resources in the parish Urbana Carigán, knowing the conditions of Habitability, housing demand and the socioeconomic level of the families that make up this urban parish. The idea of the research is focused on determining the participation of VIVEM-EP in front of the provision of housing programs for people who have not been able to access a program and who live in precarious conditions due to the economic situation that each family in the parish
