Summary:Introduction: The cryptorchidism is the lack of fall of the testicle to the scrotal bag in a permanent form in the first years of birth of a boy, the treatment to follow is the orchidopexy. Material and methods: Studies quantitative, retrospective, descriptive, transversal. Stories of 110 were checked, where the surgery techniques were evaluated, the complications, the time and recurrences. Results: The complications that appeared in most of the cases were through the inguinal surgery: atrophy 2 cases (5%), scrotal hematoma 2 cases (5%). The surgery time used in the paraescrotal technique was 30 min (61%) in most of the cases. Recurrences were found through the Shoemaker technique in 2 cases (5%) and with the technique Bianchi 1case (1%). The most appropriate surgical technique for the benefit of patients was by addressing paraescrotal (Bianchi technique) that was performed in 69 patients (63%). Discussion: The results were very similar to several scientific studies of different countries (Mexico, Spain) For the trend of operability and effectiveness of the surgery techniques in study. In this work it has been demonstrated that the Bianchi technique with 63%, is the most used that correspond to 69 cases, where, there is less number of complications. Key words: Testis, cryptorchidism, orchidopexy, paraescrotalapproach(technique Bianchi), inguinal approach(Shoemaker technique).
