Proyecto de factibilidad para la producción y comercialización de ladrillo ecológico en el cantón Catamayo.

The project consists of the feasibility study for the creation of a producer and marketer of organic bricks in the canton Catamayo, which focuses on industrial processing panelón brick type. Initially started with the completion of market research, which was developed in the canton Catamayo and the city of Loja, specifically worked with the 31 Construction Real Estate obtained a census of information provided by the SRI in the field of construction. With the data obtained from market research, we proceeded to the preparation of the technical study, which identified the same capacity installed and used, with the result that will be the ability to produce 2000 bricks per year 624000 bricks daily. It is important to note that the company will be located in the neighborhood near the in trapichillo Bella Vista Catamayo Canton. This place meets the physical requirements, to the effective functioning of the company. To implement the project requires an investment of $ 92019.01, of which corresponds to equity $ 56019.01 giving us a percentage of 61% and foreign capital of $ 36000 which gives a percentage of 39%. The business organization will be in the form of company limited, given that this type of company offers all the guarantees necessary for those who are associated as entrepreneurs. To project costs using the percentage of accumulated annual inflation to July 2011, being in this case 4.28%. While revenue budget was taken as reference the price of the product. The Net Present Value (NPV) of the project is $ 52930.92dollars, which ensures an increase in the value of the company at the end of the life of the project. On the other hand the rate of Return (IRR) is 33.43%. The ratio Benefit Cost is $ 1.37, an indicator that supports the project because every dollar you receive a profit of 0.37 cents. Furthermore it is noted that the investment will pay off in the conditions proposed by the project in 2 year, 11 months and 17 days. Finally in regard to sensitivity analysis is the following: an increase of 14.10% in the project costs is sensitive and yields a result of 0.9860765 and a decrease in revenues is 10.30% sensitive and gives result 0.9779810. So we conclude that the project is feasible and can be set up.
