總結:The investigation had as a guide through the fulfillment of the overall objective: to know how the teaching-learning process of basketball skills practice affects the technical foundations of this discipline, students in 8th, 9th and 10th year of General Basic Education Learning from the Community St. Juana de Arco "La Salle" of the canton Calvas. Period 2013-2014. The type of approach used was qualitative with quantitative impact, the design was pre-experimental. The methods, techniques and procedures used in the investigation process were: the scientific method, which continued to organize the available resources, select appropriate procedures and to prepare the analysis came to the descriptive method. The techniques applied in the investigation were a survey wich was applied in two teachers of Physical Culture and sixty-seven students from 8th, 9th and 10th year of Basic General Education Learning Community investigated, in addition, was applied an initial test and a final test at the same percentage of students, the same that allowed us to corroborate the benefits of the proposal, instruments that were applied between February to July 2014. The main results that drove this research indicate that the methodology used by teachers to teach basketball sessions in physical education classes, has a negative impact on the achievement of meaningful learning of students in the educational community investigated. These results oriented to the realization and fulfillment of the recommendations embodied in the document. The author concludes that the proposal applied: Program methodological exercises to enhance the development of abilities and skills of basketball, had a significant impact on students mentioned property.
