This Curricular Integration Work focuses on the elaboration, application and development of an accounting organization for the company of Mr. Nivelo Martínez Wilson Augusto, in the period from October 1 to December 31, 2023, with the purpose of knowing the economic-financial situation. The work has a mixed approach of exploratory - descriptive type, with the use of the scientific method and research techniques. For this purpose, a Plan and Manual of Accounts was prepared, where each one of them was codified and described according to the nature of the business; the Initial Inventory was prepared by physically verifying all the assets, rights and obligations, resulting in Assets with a total of $118,922.40, Liabilities of $34,500.00 and Equity of $84,422.40, values that will be included in the Initial Situation Statement; the source documentation and respective auxiliary documents were designed, such as: Production Order, Purchase Order, Materials Receipt Report, Materials Requisition Order, Cost Sheet, Kardex Card, Clock Card, Time Card, Accounts Receivable Auxiliaries, Accounts Payable Auxiliaries, Payment Role and Provisions, with the objective of controlling the cost elements; The Memorandum of the transactions was made to record them in the Daily Book, values that were transferred to the General Ledger, with the resulting balances the Trial Balance was determined, which helped to prepare the Worksheet with its respective adjustments, which were used for the development of the Financial Statements.
