Summary: | In the city and province of Loja manufacturing industries operate in a scenario of low industrial development, low-tech, low-skilled human capital and insufficient involvement of financial institutions in supporting local industry, lack of industries exploit the natural resources in the middle, it is a major problem because it is a productive zone, and where you could take advantage of transforming products grown within the city of Loja such as sweet cucumber. Given the lack of medical benefits of this fruit the idea of giving added value to the cucumber, that is, transform the fruit of their natural state, cucumbers sweet syrup vacuum packed retaining their innate qualities are presented. The benefits of cucumber in sweet syrup, can preserve the aroma, color and flavor, improving presentation and keeps the fruit in its natural state longer. The research aims to determine the feasibility of A COMPANY PRODUCER AND COMERCIALIZADORA CUCUMBER SWEET IN SYRUP IN THE CITY OF LOJA, analyzing market conditions, technical and financial, establishing its benefits to society. The materials that were estimated for the development of this project are: human, material, technological, economic and methodology includes resources, inductive method, which gave me to know the tastes and preferences of people turning to sweet cucumbers syrup; deductive method yielded conclusions to determine whether it is feasible or not the creation of the project. In discussing the details of the studies presented, starting with the market study, whose purpose was to analyze the sector, the demand, the offer for which a 6 survey was conducted to 381 families and 321 suppliers of substitute products, meeting the demand unmet 241,590 bottles, competitive conditions and determining the marketing system through direct surveys of consumers of these products, thus obtaining the opportunity in the market, prices and advertising. The technical study aims to determine the size of the company, plant layout, and production process technology required, as also set the micro and macro location. In the corporate organizational structure the legal concept that will take the company and was prepared based on specific organizational requirements, both organizational and functional structure is proposed. Then the description and analysis of each of the positions is performed. In the financial study considered all amounts necessary to determine the initial investment is $ 130,295.30 it discloses the total operating expenses and projected budgets are structured. This information provided the preparation of the statement of income and projected cash flow, with fixed and variable costs established the equilibrium point is determined as a function of installed capacity and sales. Finally the project evaluation was performed to establish their effectiveness and performance for which the following indicators were analyzed: the net present value (VAN) 231,280.71; the internal rate of return (TIR) 64.33%, the cost benefit ratio (RB / C) 1.45; the payback period of capital (PRC) at 1 year, 5 months, 26 days, the sensitivity analysis with increased costs is the 22.55% and sensitivity analysis decrease in revenues is 15.55% the same that showed favorable implementation of the project. 7 After doing the necessary studies for the development of the project the necessary conclusions and recommendations of the research, literature served as theoretical reference for the completion, the respective annexes and index are presented. After the execution of the necessary studies for the development of the project was concluded that it is feasible to implement the production and marketing of sweet cucumbers in Syrup Company, according to the aforementioned financial indicators. One of the main recommendations in the project is to make intensive use of advertising in order to raise awareness of our product on the market, and thus ensure profitability expected by investors. |
