Aplicación del proceso enfermero a la práctica asistencial en el caso clínico de bronquiolitis.

The aim of the NANDA International, is to strengthen the development of nursing knowledge. In the present study, the step of the nursing process is applied from assessment using the 11 Functional Health Patterns Marjory Gordon, the diagnosis was established using the NANDA International taxonomy and NOC and NIC linkages that guided the identification and implementing nursing actions. The study was prospective, descriptive qualitative . The methodology was applied to a case in a 9 -month-old , who entered the service of Pediatrics Medical Diagnosis with Bronchiolitis . Was obtained as results , nursing diagnoses NANDA I: Impaired gas exchange Ineffective airway and Constipation in girls; ineffective health maintenance , tendency to engage in risky behavior to health and poor knowledge about sex education in the mother , and the results correspond to NOC : respiratory status , respiratory status: airway patency , and intestinal elimination in girls; Conduct health promotion , Motivation, Knowledge: Sexual Functioning in the mother, the same that guided nursing actions. Finally according to the assessment of the results by the Likert scale , the indicators are still at risk : Number of feces in relation to diet (girl ) and Future Plans (Mother ) with a risk of " seriously compromised " , Ease of removal of feces and fecal elimination without assistance (girl ) Drink eight glasses of water , physical changes at puberty, emotional changes at puberty, physical changes in aging, unsafe sexual practices and techniques to prevent diseases sexual transmission (Mother ) with a risk of "substantially engaged" .
