Because of this type of felony rarely has physical signs or hard evidence that help establish the assault; so this type of penal felony characterize because they develop in secrecy, in another words where the only one directs involve are the victim and the criminal. During the development of this research work it was showed that the felony did not count with the enough evidence; the victims’ testimony with psychological assessment both are a strong evidence that allow to the judge analyse it and valuated in an judgment audience and if the case need it, determined legal responsibility to the person who is been charge. The victims who present all the facilities to develop all the activities, specially the psychological test, allow inside the case arrive to a justice and with the results of the psychological test gives more credibility to his/her testimony. It is vital develop this type of evidence because the victim counts with a professional support in the area and it will help to overcome from this post traumatic episode after of the commitment assault. However, if victim gives more evidence it will be assess all together, the members of the jury will be allowed to form a valid criteria and a motivated sentences at the moment of decision. This work of curriculum integration some methods were applied like: inductive, deductive, analytic, exegetical, statistic and comparative. Also the instruments like: interview and survey. The results of applying this methods and tools allow to develop a study of cases; where it was determined how important the psychological assessment is, because enable to give help to the victim in vulnerable situations. Similarly makes possible to give credibility to the victim’s testimony through the different methods apply during the expertise |
