Özet:This research work directly discloses the importance and significance of socio-legal problem addressed "Amendments to Article 171 of the COIP, concerning the crime of rape, a crime that does not distinguish gender, age or social status and that affects the victim and so society should not prescribe action. " What was tested positively by the application of methods and techniques of scientific, that guided me to achieve results which allowed that the proposal for law reform. The theoretical and field work of this thesis allowed me to get criteria, scientific and methodological level with clear and precise grounds on the serious violations of human rights guaranteed in the Constitution and international treaties such as freedom and integrity sexual which it is harmed by the offender to access a person carnally emotional leaving physical scars for their whole existence. Also the well known literature, I contribute to the verification of targets, and testing of the hypotheses, allowing support the proposed changes. Finally I consider necessary and important and that it is both Assembly members and society as a whole take responsibility to move towards a fully fair, balanced and harmonious society based on respect for people and especially their human rights sexual freedom and integrity enshrined in our Constitution and Criminal Law
