Čoahkkáigeassu:This prospective and retrospective study shows SOLCA - Loja outpatients selected with the diagnosis of CIN III, and treated with Lletz loop. The objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment, the surgical margins and the endocervical canal, to establish the cytological, the colposcopic and the pre and post treatment histopathologic relation, as well as establish the complications and the monitoring of these patients. The average of the age was 32 years old, the treatment was effective in 95% of the cases, there were 3 cases with vertex involved, that were invasive cancer and adenocarcinoma. There is a cytological, colposcopic and pathological relation in 82% of the cases, the correlation between biopsy and the cone was of 94%. The minor complications that were shown were pain, mild bleeding and leucorrhea. The first cytological and colposcopic monitoring of the patients after four moths was negative. In the second one, after eight months there is a case of CIN I; so that, it is concluded that Lletz loop is the ideal procedure in patients diagnoses with CIN III.
