Zusammenfassung:Infection tract Urinary is a serious public health worldwide is the second most common disease caused by infection, which can occur at any age and in both genders; prevention, control and early diagnosis of this disease must be an essential component of comprehensive health services, as mentioned, the present research the following objectives: the presence to determine of urinary tract infections and their relationship with levels of urea, creatinine and uric acid in people 40-70 years of age Barrio Los Encuentros Yantzaza Canton; perform microscopic examination of urine elemental people of 40-70 years of the parish of Los Encuentros Yantzaza Canton; the presence of urinary tract infections in people 40 to 70 years of Barrio Los Encuentros; related urinary tract infections with the values of urea, creatinine and uric acid. This study is descriptive and cross-section, the universe was formed by 133 people from 40-70 years of which he worked with a sample of 97 people, on the analysis of Renal profile (urea, creatinine and acid Uric were analyzed using techniques Spinreact by the kinetic and enzymatic colorimetric method, results showed that: The 25.78% had high urea, 17.53% higher creatinine and the 14.43% presented increased uric acid in the exam urine microscopic examination to analyze the chemical test strips test of the commercial Cobas, the results were: 48.45% had urinary tract infection; patients who presented urinary tract infections had elevated the 21.28% urea and 12.77% showed elevated creatinine, 12.77% had high uric acid, and finally concluded that, the elementary microscopic examination of urine (EMO) was performed in 97 patients, and I could verify that the bacteriuria showed 20.62%; leukocyturia 6.19%; Bacteriuria and pyuria the 21.65%, which could reaffirm that 47 people representing 48.45% have possible urinary tract infection in people 40 to 70 years had levels of urea (25.78%), creatinine (17.53%) and uric acid (14.43%) showed high values that could possibly adversely affect kidney function, and people who had a possible urinary tract infection, the 21.28% had high urea, 12.77% higher creatinine and 12.77% also increased uric acid.
