La Protesta Social y las Repercusiones Socio Jurídicas en el Ecuador

The present work of juridical investigation partner is based on the juridical problems that causes the criminalización of the social protest, in which they are the reasons and effects that it produces to criminalize the social protest, in the clear violation of rights as effect of the criminalización and in the reality full of repression and intimidation that lives through our country, through the fault of the zeal to be able of the leaders and little interest of the same ones for on his people. It is so under these parameters I have realized my work of investigation, basing on a study of cases on that there exists bad interpretation of the norm, lack of the due process, violation of rights, personal benefit not collective. It is a reality in our country the lack of juridical safety, you were guaranteeing the few ones that they offer our laws that every time are more precarious, the legal procedure establish the right to the social protest, to the free expression, but the judicial device of our country goes in opposition to quite procedure and sanctions to finger, to convenience and to mandate of the executive power, offering to him to the government the facility to avoid the social manifestations since it grants him the power to sanction those who after the social protest seek to make listen to his requests the same ones that are founded in claims to his rights that have been damaged, the injustices on the part of the leader, the lack of employment, laws that they seek to benefit to certain groups. The reality of our country is summarized in imprisonments to the Protestants which are accused of terrorism, of sedition, them correcting of strip stones, leaving them in the defenselessness looking for any excuse to imprison them, not only it is the social protest the damaged right since with it there brings the freedom of expression, the lack of democracy a social problem that every time is increased in our country, is because of it that is needed of a legal immediate reform in which this right is guaranteed in order that this way it is not manipulated by any leader to his favor and on the basis of his political intentions.
