Conocimiento y prácticas sobre el modelo de Virginia Henderson y taxonomía Nanda-Noc-Nic que tienen profesionales de enfermería del Hospital General Isidro Ayora de Loja en el periodo septiembre 2018 - marzo 2019

The use of Virginia Henderson's model of care and the use of the NANDA-NICC taxonomy in the application of nursing professional practice are currently aimed at developing care plans, applying a theoretical-scientific basis in professional practice, from critical reasoning. The present research work is a quantitative, descriptive and transversal type, it was executed in the Hospital General Isidro Ayora of Loja in all its areas, the main objective was to determine the knowledge about the Virginia Henderson model and the NANDA-NOC-NIC taxonomy, also the factors that influence the application of nursing professional practice. The universe was 162 surveyed, the 7% include the male sex in ages between 25 to 35 years, the 93% is female; Of which 34% are in ages of 36 to 45 years, there is a 55% ignorance on the part of the respondents, likewise, they are manifested as determining factors for not using the (PAE) with the model of Virginia Henderson and the NANDA-NOC-NIC taxonomy, the lack of time, lack of resources and implements, lack of staff, the saturation of work and the 56% affirm that it is due to ignorance; thus, the hypothesis is verified.
