Sažetak:The present work degree called: Open Educational Resources (OER) and learning, has as general objective to determine the influence of OER in the mathematics learning in fifth grade students. The importance of strengthening learning in the fifth grade students of Basic General Education, part of the constant application of the OER that motivate and contribute to improve these processes. This study was carried out under a mixed qualitative-quantitative approach of descriptive, experimental and statistical type with the reality of the research problem. We worked with the inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic study method. The techniques: observation and the questionnaire; the instruments: observation sheet, cognitive pretest-test, cognitive posttest-test; and, the procedures: diagnosis, theoretical foundation and the design of the OER in relation to the subject of mathematics, taking as a reference the results that were diagnosed in the cognitive pre-test. Taking into account that we worked with the entire population, which is made up of: 48 students and two teachers, showing that the OER used positively influence student learning since they acquire greater cognitive ability when they have an active participation, In addition, the skills and interest in accessing technological resources were developed, which allows them to complement their educational process.
