Ecuador is a country with plenty of natural and cultural richness and diversity of its four regions has led to thousands of species of flora and fauna that is why tourism handled responsibly and with a good strategy to become an alternative production activity it may in the short, medium and long term generate resources for locations. Tourist routes now have become an important support for the visit of the attractions, because an order is followed in the activities proposed in it and could be found in due time each appeal, this has gone directly to the consumer . The Province of Loja is no exception in having natural and cultural attractions, it is one of the provinces with the highest natural and cultural wealth and being undertaken projects to increase more tourists to all corners of the province. In the canton Macara there is a tourist route in spite of the variety of natural and cultural attractions that the city has, which is why an overall target was raised; Designing a tourist route for the Canton province of Loja Macará. To develop the same specific objectives were considered the first objective; Conduct a situational current tourist diagnosis of Macara Canton province of Loja; to fulfill this objective techniques were used as direct observation and interview, the Head of Tourist diagnostic communities Karla Ricaurte Quijano, Sheets hierarchy attractions of the Ministry of Tourism, Tourist inventory sheets (MINTUR) of Ecuador instruments and materials with the support of the Development Plan and Zoning Macara was helpful to collect information on the economic, social, geographical and tourist Canton finally the SWOT matrix was used were also used to assess the situation current Macara Canton; The second objective; Propose the design of the tourist route Macara Canton; for the development of the target instrument georeferencing (GPS) it was used for lifting and altitude coordinates distances, travel time and a matrix prepared by the Ministry of Tourism of Ecuador to validate routes that formed it necessary mechanisms for developing of the Tourist route of Canton Macara also the brand was designed to identify the most representative of Canton and then the name 5 of the route called "Tourist route Border" all this was incorporated into the design of a cuadriptico was raised, followed a script was developed and itinerary of the route continuing the established order therein; the third goal; Socialize the proposal from the tourist route Macara Canton actors involved in tourism; to fulfill this objective technique MARPP comprising three phases for development was used. First phase; official letter was presented to the Mayor Ing. Roberto Rueda Viñan date to apply for the socialization of the proposal for further response to the call for all those involved in tourism. Second stage; the results of research on the development of the tourist route called "border" in physical and digital was presented. Third Phase; the conclusions and recommendations proposed by the participants was shown. As a result of socialization it determined that the tourist route "Border" will provide a better way to tourism development in the Canton because the route are the main natural and cultural attractions most representative thereof. Later thesis conclusions were raised, it is concluded that the macará canton has natural and cultural attractions that allowed the development of the tourist route it to be formed as a product to present and strangers also provide route the canton as a benchmark in tourism, while travel agencies will be involved in the tourist development, it is also an alternative for responsible tourism public and private institutions to carry out their building activities and tourism development canton.
