DISEÑO E IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA DE CONTROL DE INVENTARIOS DE MERCADERÍAS EN LA FERRETERÍA FERRI VARIEDADES DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA, DURANTE EL PERIODO ENERO - JUNIO DEL 2014

The present thesis called "DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INVENTORY CONTROL SYSTEM OF MERCHANDISE IN THE FERRETERÍA FERRI VARIETIES OF THE CITY OF LOJA, DURING THE PERIOD JANUARY - June 2014, is a work that has been designed to make your manager may have proprietary information about the components that affect the normal development in the control and registration of goods of the company, and in turn is presented as a tool for use by the appropriate management of control of goods which will enable the management decision-making timely, efficient and consistent with the requirements of the company. The main objective of the thesis is, design and implement an Inventory Control System of goods in the Hardware Store "Ferri Varieties" of the city of Loja, the same that will be classified in five processes, such as; lifting of the inventory, provisioning of Goods, shopping, storage and sales of goods, developed each one individually with their respective procedures. In addition, the present thesis work was accomplished through the development of the specific objectives, starting with the Design a log of Inventory Valuation of Goods across the kardex cards by the weighted average method, in a timely, relevant, consistent and sufficient of 5 the movements related to the goods within the hardware store, was then made to the management information related to internal control policies to apply to the inventory, in order to be able to determine the actual stocks of goods in a given time and finally became known to the management the quantities of merchandise in stock, with the purpose for which it will be able to perform the necessary acquisitions for the sale. The methodology used for the development of this thesis is the valuation of inventory of Merchandise by the average method which was taken as a reference to the permanent system, because it helps maintain consistently updated the balance of the inventory of goods. The major conclusion has been reached at the end of the present thesis is to implement an Inventory Control System of Goods is vitally important because it represents a significant part of the working capital. This in order to overcome the lack of an effective tool that will contribute to improving the effectiveness in the management of inventory control. Therefore, it is thought appropriate to recommend the design and implementation of an inventory control in the Hardware Store Ferri varieties, the same that is going to provide a guide to follow for the registration and control of goods through an adequate and efficient management.
