AUDITORÍA FINANCIERA AL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO DESCENTRALIZADO DE LA PARROQUIA CHACRAS, CANTÓN ARENILLAS, PROVINCIA DE EL ORO – PERÍODO 01 ENERO AL 31 DICIEMBRE DEL 2013.

The present thesis work was guided in the realization of the “FINANCIAL AUDIT TO THE DECENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS GOVERNMENT OF THE PARISH CHACRAS, CANTON SANDS, COUNTY OF THE GOLD-PERIOD 01 JANUARY TO THE 31 DECEMBER OF THE 2013”, in order to verify the execution of the legal and regulation dispositions, applied in this entity. For that reason by means of this work execution is given to the objectives outlined in the project, like they are: To examine the figures of the Financial States to determine the truthfulness, accuracy and conformity of the financial operations of the entity, it completed it to the moment to carry out the analysis and verification of securities by means of the application of summary identifications; to Evaluate the internal check system implemented in the entity, by means of the Focus SEWS with the purpose of verifying the execution of the legal and regulation dispositions, I carry out it to the moment of the application of narrative identifications applied according to the opposing discoveries; to Verify that the institution exercises an efficient control on its income and expenses, he/she was carried out it by means of the verification of the documentation it supports like invoices and the actual book entries of the year in study; to Verify the execution of the applicable constitutional, legal, regulation and normative
