Tilføj Tag | Summary: | The present work of Curricular Integration, entitled: "Study of the criminal policy directed by the Government of El Salvador, focused on the labor axis, to ensure social rehabilitation and application in persons deprived of liberty in Ecuador". The interest that leads us to develop this research, is due to the prison crisis that Ecuador is currently going through, it is known that the current shortcomings in the prison system are the result of mismanagement by authorities, for this reason it is important the implementation of a new Criminal Policy that achieves the execution of the labor treatment axis, in order to ensure compliance with this regulation through the flexibility of the State, same that would serve to carry out the Social Rehabilitation, likewise the decrease of crime. The analysis is based on detecting that the regulations have not been executed by various factors in its entirety, within the Ecuadorian laws. For this reason, I have chosen to carry out a comparative study on a Criminal Policy called "Plan Zero Leisure", implemented in El Salvador to verify how its penitentiary work environment is developed. In the same way, to study the same treatment in the United States and Spain in order to demonstrate the changes through this strategy. It is intended to show that the focus of the problem concentrates on a penitentiary system that needs to be restructured, as well as to adjust objectives and improvement plans in order to help to get out of the repressive system in which the prisons of the country are located, this trigger tries to tell us that certain axes of treatment are repressed by the violence caused in the social rehabilitation centers. It should be noted that the content covers and provides a series of information in relation to the labor axis that is triggered in a legal way, from a descriptive, evaluative, explanatory and prepositive perspective, under a comparative guideline in criminal law, materials and methods were also used that allowed the development of the research, likewise interviews and surveys were conducted with legal professionals, whose results are aimed at awakening a critical view regarding the non-compliance of the labor axis in Ecuador. |
