BENJAMÍN CARRIÓN DE LOJA, ACADEMIC PERIOD 2013-2014. The aim of the research process was to use specific teaching materials to optimize learning curriculum block heat and temperature. The research responded to a descriptive design (diagnosis) and experimental Pre. The phases that were used in their order were: Comprehensive: It's a school of thought whose main approach is to study the reality investigated from the interpretation and action carried out by the people who make it, to understand and explain their causes and effects. Diagnostics: is an analytical process that allows to know the real situation of the organization at a given for problems and areas of opportunity, in order to correct the first and second time advantage. They examine the diagnosis and improve the systems and practices of internal and external communication of an organization at all levels. Modeling: The process by which a representation or model is created to enhance reality. Application: It is the phase in which the model was implemented to improve the reality, here we are able to implement different types of knowledge, principles and measures in order to achieve the goal set previously. Rating: An instrument that allows the identification and development of potential applied to improve the reality investigated model. The main finding that was evident: difficulties, cognitive deficits or needs in learning the same heat and temperature that can reduce or mitigate the application of the use of concrete teaching materials.
