Резюме:As technology advances, the Ministry of Education offers a variety of tools for the appropriate academic development of educational institutions, in the current period the Ministry of Education's Colmena Collection for school management has been integrated. This research focuses on analyzing modules compliance of the Colmena Collection for school management from the perspective of principals with ordinary educational institutions in the El Sagrario parish, Loja city, 2023-2024 academic year. The methodology employed includes a quantitative approach, with a deductive method and an exploratory-descriptive cross-sectional design. A total of 23 school principals were selected, of whom 8 participated actively in the research through a structured questionnaire; subsequently, 6 modules of the Colmena Collection were described, which are: Module 1: Governance for the development of participatory school management. Module 2: Participatory construction of the Institutional Educational Plan. Module 3: Participatory construction of the Code of Conduct. Module 4: Monitoring and Evaluation. Module 5: Techniques for Participation. Module 6: Pedagogical Construction. The data analysis, based on maximum evaluation criteria and type of institution, reveals higher module compliance percentages in private institutions compared to public ones. Particularly, governance modules, institutional educational plan, code of conduct, monitoring and evaluation, techniques for participation, and pedagogical proposal showed a higher degree of compliance in private institutions. Keywords: Colmena Collection , Ministry of Education, School Management.
