Streszczenie:Musical didactic resources have become a very important part for the strengthening of teaching-learning in music education, that is why in this work the general objective was set: To use musical didactic resources as a pedagogical tool to strengthen the teaching-learning of students of the first year elementary basic level of the Colegio de Artes Salvador Bustamante Celi of the city of Loja, academic period 2020-2021 in the subject Rhythmic and Audioperceptive Education. To this end, the research universe was delimited with 3 authorities to whom an interview guide was applied and 3 teachers who answered a survey giving a total population of 6 people. The results were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively, which made it possible to verify that the Colegio de Artes “Salvador Bustamante Celi” has musical didactic resources, but these are not specifically directed to the subject of Rhythmic and Audioperceptive Education, therefore, the teachers have been creative when teaching their classes. Faced with this reality, an album of musical didactic resources was prepared in order to provide a support material for teachers, which contributed to the musical training of students of the first year elementary basic level. For the development of the present research the following methods were used: scientific method, analytical method, synthetic method, hermeneutical method and direct observation method which contributed to properly channel each of the phases of the research. It could be concluded that the Colegio de Artes Salvador Bustamante Celi has a library that has material for each specialty of the instruments offered at this institution, but however it does not have material on musical didactic resources in relation to theoretical subjects. 5 It is recommended to all those who are part of the institution to manage the acquisition of updated material for the library and thus contribute to the development of classes in terms of the subject Rhythmic and Audioperceptive Education.
