Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | This thesis has been carried out in compliance with the Regulations of the National University of Loja to obtain the degree in Accounting and Auditing; also with the purpose of implementing an Accounting System according to the needs of the Tambococha Hostel. In the execution of the work, all the stated objectives were fulfilled, the same one that was Implementing an Accounting System according to the needs of the Hostel; which were carried out in chronological order in such a way that all the goods belonging to the Hostel began with the inventory quantitatively and qualitatively; With this information, the Initial Situation Statement was prepared, the Daily Book was prepared with the record of the transactions evidenced in the source documents, the information was summarized in the Verification Balance, and then collected in the Worksheet which facilitated the preparation of Financial Statements; such as the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement, which evidenced a loss in profit during the year, thus giving the owner real information on the economic and financial situation of the company. When applying this Accounting System, we accessed the truthful financial information, which through the conclusions and recommendations projected in the research work, allowed to know the economic and financial situation, which ends with loss in the fiscal year corresponding to the January period. - February 2016; thus contributing with an instrument for the process and control of the cash that must be deposited daily; the administration must take efficient measures in the planning of administrative work, correct errors and ratify decisions that lead to the progress of the hostel providing a quality service to its customers. |
