Evaluación de desempeño de la microempresa NangaritzaNet mediante el diseño de un plan estratégico, para generar eficiencia y competitividad en el periodo 2024.

The research research addresses the problems faced by the microenterprise NangaritzaNet, which encounters significant challenges in internal communication, financial management, and process standardization, impacting its operational efficiency and competitiveness in the rural telecommunications market. The main objective was to propose a management tool for the microenterprise NangaritzaNet through the design of a strategic plan to increase efficiency and competitiveness. To achieve this, a mixed-methods research approach was employed, combining quantitative and qualitative methods. Surveys were conducted with 61 customers and 5 employees of the company, along with structured 2 interviews and a thorough analysis of relevant documents. This methodology provided a comprehensive view of the company's internal operations and external perceptions. The findings revealed both critical problems in key areas and strengths that the company can leverage, including a strong relationship with the community and efficient technical support. In response, a strategic plan was developed that includes continuous staff training, process standardization, adoption of financial technology, and improvements in marketing strategies. The implementation of this plan is crucial for NangaritzaNet to improve its operational efficiency and ensure its long-term sustainability.
