Zusammenfassung:The present research work called "National Program of Efficient Cooking and its Incidence in the beneficiary families of the human development bonus in the City of Saraguro and Urdaneta parish, period 2015". Was carried out considering each phase of the investigative process, in compliance with the provisions of the Academic Regime Regulation of the National University of Loja and the guidelines for the presentation of the Final Thesis Report of the Public Administration Career. The main purpose of the research is to establish the impact of the Energy Efficiency Program for Induction Cooking and Heating of Water with Electricity, replacing the Liquefied Petroleum Gas in the residential sector, in the beneficiary families of the human development bond in the City of Saraguro and Urdaneta Parish. Its objectives allowed us to analyze the degree of information and therefore the fulfillment of the program, as well as the socio-economic impact that it generated in the beneficiary families, leading to acceptance or not, with the sole purpose of encouraging the use of environmentally clean technologies, Healthy, economic and renewable. Thus, through the surveys of beneficiaries and interviews with executives of the Empresa Eléctrica Regional del Sur S.A. EERSSA, and direct observation in territory. Finally, it establishes the impact of the Energy Efficiency Program for Induction Cooking and Water Heating with Electricity, replacing LPG in the residential sector. The final part presents the conclusions and the recommendations.
