| Итог: | The present study base in the ¨MANUAL FOR THE LOCAL TOURIST DIAGNOSTIC ¨that in his content describes to the tourist diagnostic like the stage of the process of planning where establish and evaluates the situation of a destination in a certain moment, constitutes besides the direct source of information that allows to take decisions about the future strategies, as well as the tool that goes to allow evaluate the success or failure of plans, programs and projects. In definite, constitutes the point of game and the cimientos on which asienta all process of tourist planning. The present thesis designated: “I Diagnose Situational Tourist of the Parroquia Rural Saint Antonio of Cumbe Of the Cantón Saraguro of the Province of Loja”, is an initiative developed with the purpose of coadyuvar to the progress of the tourist activity in the sector mentioned. By means of the application of two polls in the area of study, could determine that the problematic in the tourist field in the parroquia evidence mainly in the nonexistence of a tourist diagnostic, is thus that for the effective development of the present project posed attainable aims that allow to take advantage of the resources and establish strategies of progress. The general aim of the present study fué: Identify alternatives of tourist development of the parroquia rural Saint Antonio of Cumbe of the cantón Saraguro of the province of Loja through a tourist situational diagnostic; for this they posed three specific aims: characterise the current situation of the tourism in the parroquia rural Saint Antonio give Cumbe of the cantón Saraguro of the province of Loja with his opportunities and limitations the parroquia, determine the composition of the offer and tourist demand, and design strategies of tourist development of the sector. For the consistent development of the objective fué necessary employ methodologies and appropriate technicians; in the first aim were used the scientific methods, bibliographic, analytical synthetic, descriptive; nevertheless it complemented the process with the help of technicians like the observation the same that consisted in realising a fast poll of the place, finally realised the adaptation of the matrix of tourist characterisation of Carla Ricaute Quijano adjusting it to the reality of the parroquia in study. In the objective second used the descriptive methods, and the technician of the observation that allowed to elaborate the tourist inventory of the parroquia Saint Antonio of Cumbe using the methodology of the Ministry of Tourism and technical instruments of accuracy, as well as also the fichas of inventory so much of appeals and of prestadores of services; for the analysis of the demand used the technician of the survey, questionnaire that was applied to tourists that have visited the parroquia. Finally it fits recalcar that for the design of strategies contemplated in the third aim used the technician MARPP that consisted in a participatory workshop in where the involucrados took part in the design of a matrix FODA whose result allowed to establish strategies of tourist development by means of the approach of future projects that allow impulsar the development of the tourism and improve like this the quality of life of the inhabitants. The results obtained check by means of the establishment of the basic line that allowed to develop three specific aims; it attained integrate the components of the tourist system recopilando necessary information; the determination of the offer that shows the tourist potential with 14 appeals identified of category II as they are: The Gruta, Mill of Water, Caves of LLacucachi, Cruz of Quillin, Waterfalls of Piñan, Cuts of Gueledel, The Salty, The Union of The Rios, Lagunas of Chayazapa, Crop of Trucha Comunitario, Crop of Orchards frutales also of Category III that are: Square and Sanctuary of Saint Antonio of Cumbe, Fair of Commercialisation in Honour to Saint Antonio; likewise it signals a minimum of prestadores of services that basically is limited to the Accommodation Comunitario, besides to Do contact with people so that they prepare the foods put do not exist prestadores of services established; the tourist demand where determined the profile of tourist; the design of strategies gave step to establish nine programs/projects of tourist development for the parroquia in study. Culminating with the tourist situational diagnostic, considered between the conclusions that one of the problems that addresses the parroquia rural Saint Antonio of Cumbe, is the limited aprovechamiento of the tourist resources; to this adds the insufficient basic infrastructure, that of indirect way affects the tourist development of the parroquia Like this also define that an evident weakness and that affects directly to the tourist activity is the deficient offer of services, all this allows to denote that in the actuality the parroquia is not prepared to develop the tourist activity of efficient way. The recommendations that pose to the term of this work are directed mainly to the Autonomous Government Descentralizado of the parroquia rural Saint Antonio of Cumbe, the same that is the ente attendant of velar by the existent resources in the area of study and that can take leadership and execution of the programs and projects described in this work investigativo, taking advantage of the increasing positioning political partner that have nowadays the parish governments since only like this will be able to generate a more active participation and the empoderamiento of the citizenship around the tourist subject. |
