Proyecto de Factibilidad para la Creación de una Caja de Ahorro en la Parroquia Malacatos de la Provincia Loja.

This thesis called "PROJECT FEASIBILITY FOR THE CREATION OF A BOX OF SAVINGS Malacatos PARISH IN THE PROVINCE OF LOJA" main objective is to provide information to help determine the feasibility of creating a savings in Malacatos parish savings and help finance their small producers. In the financial economic study necessary for the implementation of the project which is $ 5,506.74 investment detailing begins, after income and expenses are forecast to produce a profit, cash flow statement and based on these make a financial assessment in which the calculations of NPV (net present value) of 10891.74 IRR (internal rate of return) of 37.32% cost benefit ratio in which a score of 1.35 is obtained shown which indicates that for every dollar invested a return of 0.35 cents is received; the capital recovery period indicates a period of four years and the sensitivity analysis shows that the project would support an increase in maximum cost of 6,37% and a decrease in revenue of 5.10% Finally conclusions and recommendations based on the results where you can check the feasibility of the project is proposed The methodology used in the inductive, deductive, analytical and mathematical consists Project Materials and Methods Scientific Sido which have used throughout the development of the Project. Finally we reach the conclusion that the project is feasible and can be run at the creation of the savings in the Malacatos parish in the province of Loja is recommended.
