Итог:This work has been done in the light vehicles Washer "Racing" of the city of Loja. Company in which there has been some shortcomings and problems affecting the business development of the same. Which have been identified, analyzed and interpreted using quantitative and qualitative results also raised suggestions and alternative solutions that will strengthen the development and success of the organization. This research is focused on the study and design of a Strategic Business Plan, it is important for the development and competitiveness of the company which will allow greater use of the opportunities that exists in the market. For the realization of this thesis I have relied on arguments and management theories especially strategic planning and by applying the same methods and techniques and, following a logical sequence information is obtained and then be analyzed and detailed respectively. According to the surveys and the data it was determined that of the 395 people surveyed, 81% of people who own vehicle in the city of Loja used car wash service, while 19% do not use it well same people who make use of washing machines, 64% know the light vehicles Racing Washer and makes use of the same service provided 36% do not know. The city of Loja each year has increased its fleet. What for business providing cleaning services and vehicle maintenance; sees a great opportunity to meet the demand that the market offers. Many people wash their cars in washing machines, but the convenience of automotive aesthetics has become indispensable especially when it comes to the care of the vehicle and also the monetary value of these. Also there is increasing competition, but it is believed that the secret is to renew the service, implement and offer more services to customers more things, so it is estimated that over 67% of motorists once washed over by week your vehicle, so the potential for car wash services is great. As a primary source data was taken to determine the internal and external state of the enterprise surveys applied to customers, employees and interview the manager of the machine, and with the help of great tools such as FODA is a thorough analysis of your current situation. As for the internal situation of the company, this has a number of weaknesses and shortcomings that affect the progress and normal operation of the daily activities of the entity.
