To enter to this issue, it is important to understand the concepts related to experimental work and the biology lab. First we have the experimental work is one of the key aspects in the process of learning of biology therefore the theoretical foundation that can provide students , such as the development of certain abilities and skills. While the biology lab is defined as a place that has adequate infrastructure with good equipment in which one or more groups of people carry out experimentation to achieve best practice theoretical relationship. From this , it should be clear that good learning is imparted related theoretical classes and practice, and in terms of biology , the best way that the student can do this is by experimenting in the laboratory, manipulating and making proper use of the materials, tools and equipment it offers, with proper clothing and without leaving the main rules and recommendations for proper experience during their stay there; that is why this issue directly affects the formation of the student and academic performance evidence thereof. The general objective was raised for this research it is to contribute to improving the practice theoretical relationship in the process of learning of students sophomore year I generates unified by experimental work in the biology lab Education Unit Fiscomisional " Sunday Celi " city Catacocha period 2014-2015.The methods used were; Inductive, Inductive, deductive, descriptive and statistical hypothetical; likewise he resorted to the technique and instrument of the survey of three teachers and 40 students
