It is very risky to try to win a company without having previously developed a strategic plan. In the present investigation, it has been proposed as a General Objective "Elaborate a Strategic Plan for the company Minga S. A., corresponding to the period 2016-2020", the same one that will contribute with valid knowledge for the company in improving its application of strategies. Within the materials and methods were determined different methods of which the Inductive method was used, allowed to establish the reality found in the company Minga SA, from the particular to the general, the statistical method, facilitated the tabulation of the surveys applied to the Clients of the company, as well as the employees and Manager of Minga SA; Within the techniques allowed to apply a survey to the clients, employees and an interview to the Manager, under these conditions these data collaborated to be able to formulate the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats, always relying on the field research, the design of the SWOT matrix. In the results the external analysis was carried out, in the table of the Matrix of evaluation of the External Factors, once assigned the weighting for each of the external factors that influence the company Minga SA, we obtained the weighted result of 2.46. The results were added. The total weighted value can not be greater than 4. The weighted average value is 2.46. A May-2.5 total weighted value indicates that the company responds well to opportunities and threats, while a weighted value less than 2.5 indicates that opportunities are not being taken advantage of and threats can do much harm. The weighted total is 2.46, which indicates that the company is not taking advantage of some opportunities and that threats can harm it if it does not potentiate opportunities. According to the result obtained from the Matrix of Evaluation of internal factors of the company Minga S. A., determines as a weighted result of 2.60; Means that in the company there is a predominance of strengths over weaknesses; That is to say, there are 1.82 strengths and in weaknesses is 0.78, with a difference of 1.04, therefore company, does not have internal problems that can interfere in the growth of the same and also that has a normal development Within the local market. In the High Impact Matrix Discussion, five strategic objectives were set out, among which we have: Establish business philosophy, Mission, Vision and company policies, Strengthen employee knowledge through training programs, Increase portfolio Of clients in the company, offering new services and opening horizons with clear strategies, Renewing the machinery that fulfilled its life cycle and to increase strategies of publicity and to satisfy the needs and expectations of the clients, these objectives with a determined value of $ 30,883, 00 dollars for compliance. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations have been determined on the basis of the market study and the proposal the recommendations that should be made in view of the implementation of the Strategic Plan. |
