Etiketle | Özet: | In the productive diversification, the fundamental thing is to transform the way in which it is produced, in front of this proposal was proposed "Determine the feasibility for the creation of a company producing and commercializing frozen pineapple pulp, in the city of Nueva Loja, Cantón Lago Agrio, Province of Sucumbíos, for the year 2017 "study that allowed to propose a proposal that makes viable the efficient use of local pineapple production. In the development of the research process, deductive, inductive, statistical, analytical and synthetic methods were used, while for data collection the inhabitants of the Lago Agrio canton were identified as the demanding population, which according to the projection made for the year 2016 there would be 111,930 inhabitants segmented by families, establishing a sample of 379 surveys and the bidding population is represented by two companies that currently market the product. In the market study it was determined that there is an unsatisfied demand of 286,886 fruit pulp units, in the marketing plan the marketing strategies were designed establishing the EcuaPulp brand as a brand. In the technical study an installed capacity of 208,000 units was determined, the operation started at 75% of the capacity, the production process takes 235 minutes, the plant will be located in the Lago Agrio canton, Abdón Calderón neighborhood, Calle El Oro and Tena. In the organizational study it was established that the company will be created as a limited company, and for the normal development of its activities it requires the hiring of 11 people. In the financial study it was determined that the creation of the company requires a total investment of $ 216,021.00. The total cost of operation amounts to $ 278,832.26, at a sale price of $ 2.05 an income of $ 319,262.93 and a profit of 24,129.99 is estimated. The break-even point in the first year is reached when the company operates at 73.15% of its installed capacity and records sales of $ 233,542.43. In the financial evaluation it was determined that the project is feasible since the NPV is positive and amounts to $ 97,059.87, the IRR is higher than the loan rate is 19.45%, the capital invested is recovered in 4 years, 10 months and 6 days, for each dollar invested the company earns $ 0.22. In the sensitivity analysis it was determined that the project supports an increase in its costs to 8.15% and a decrease in its expenses to 6.70%, when comparing with the inflation index it is concluded that the project is strong, therefore its execution is feasible. According to the results obtained which demonstrate the benefits of the investment, its execution is recommended. |
