| Summary: | The research work "RESCUING THE ORAL TRADITIONS OF THE CITY OF LOJA, FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A CULTURAL - TOURIST CIRCUIT," has as its general objective: to recover the oral traditions of the city of Loja for the implementation of a cultural - tourist circuit, to be applied we developed three specific goals: inventory of the oral traditions of the City of Loja, where it allowed to know the current validity of the intangible cultural heritage, through interviews with historians, writers, and the general public in this way we collected the information, later we systematized to the registration form proposed by the INPC (National Institute of Cultural Heritage). We determined the profile by a mapping of relevant actors for tourism, where we collected information for the proposed activities in the circuit entitled "Legendary Stories" and then continued with the third objective, which was to design a Cultural-touristic Circuit of the oral traditions of the city of Loja: staging theatrical representations of oral traditions within the proposed Circuit for the City of Loja, where we designed the scripts for the plays, along with technical information such as relevant aspects of the actor, technical details of scenery and costumes. The purpose is to contribute to the diversification of cultural tourism in the city of Loja; through the Cultural-Tourist Circuit, allowing the expansion of tourist activity and preserving the intangible cultural heritage, concluding that we may implement the information on the oral traditions in the City of Loja educationally by employing the theater; for this knowledge to remain in force and the collective memory. So that the MINTUR, in collaboration with the INPC, can articulate their work to generate updates of their databases to have reliable information which they can use for tourism. |
