Ecuador is a privileged and mega diverse country for its tangible and intangible wealth; It has many tourist attractions of great majesty and diversity, key elements that encourage tourism. In Ecuador we find endemic flora and fauna of the place that no country on the planet can obtain, thanks to its geographical location and other aspects that determine the life zones found in the Costa, Sierra, Oriente and Galápagos Archipelago regions, tourism it is constituted in the paradigm that will solve the economic activities of the poorest inhabitants of the country and an inexhaustible source of currency income for the state, who to achieve it has developed and implemented strategies, policies and programs aimed at diversifying the offer, supporting new ventures . The canton El Chaco, likewise, develops the tourist activity without achieving an optimum level in view of the fact that it does not have tourist facilities according to the demands of the demand that help to develop the tourism on a large scale, in the same way there is little road infrastructure of the first order throughout the territory of the canton, thus reducing the accessibility to different tourist attractions. The Chaco possesses an incomparable scenic beauty thanks to its fast flowing rivers, waterfalls, cultural manifestations rich in culture and tradition, besides the practice of the organic agriculture of the proximity to several natural attractions constitute one of the main advantages and the practice 7 of the organic agriculture of its inhabitants. For this reason the following research entitled: Design of the Travel Agency "Adventure", through the application of the Business Plan, to develop the various tourist attractions of the Canton El Chaco, Napo Province; It was carried out in order to promote local tourism progress and determine the technical, operational and economic feasibility of incorporating tourism products in that place. For the realization of this project was established as a general objective to design the Travel Agency "Adventure", through the implementation of the business plan, to develop the various tourist attractions of the canton El Chaco, Napo Province. to achieve the project four specific objectives are generated, the first one: Carry out a market study to determine the supply and demand of the service to offer, as well as propose marketing strategies, to determine the first objective as the first point the situational diagnosis is made of the study area, in which the socio-economic aspects and the socio-cultural aspects of the study area are taken into account; then, the analysis of the surveys applied to the local population, national and foreign tourists; then the market study of the "Adventure" Travel Agency is carried out, in which the demand analysis is determined with emphasis on the profile of the tourist, the potential demand of the PEA population and tourists, the real demand and the effective demand, to then perform the analysis of supply and demand unsatisfied, we also take data from the product market, then take into account marketing strategies, which determines the brand, slogan, pricing strategies, marketing and promotion. The second objective: 8 consisted in determining the technical study to establish the size, location, interference of the project and the organic - functional structure; Marketing Plan (We talk about the description of the business, members, financing, functions, activities of the association, goals, market, product or service description, pricing strategies, distribution strategies or place, promotion strategies, service strategies customer, marketing and promotion), Operations Plan (taking into account the good or service, human resources, recruitment, selection and hiring of personnel, induction, training and evaluation of staff, motivation and development of staff, compensation and compensation) ; the third objective was the financial economic analysis to determine the investment and financing of the project, as well as the cost and income budgets; taking into account the rationale, introduction, responsibility of the different actors, The fourth objective; perform the financial evaluation through the different financial indicators, such as the NPV (greater than zero), IRR (16.88%), RBC (1.61), that is to say that for every dollar that invests there is a profit of 35 cents ; the period of recovery of the capital is in 3 years 5 months with 12 days. The investigation takes into account the descriptive, deductive and analytical methods allowing to collect primary and secondary information in which direct observation was used.
