| סיכום: | The present project of titulación has as general objective to Design a Strategic Plan for the company CORECAM CIA. LTDA. of the city of Shushufindi, Province of Sucumbíos, period 2016 - 2017, that allows to determine the commercial objectives to be achieved detailing strategies and actions that are going to be realized to reach them in the company. Methods, techniques and procedures were used to complete the investigative process, the methods that provided the greatest contribution were: historical, deductive, inductive, analytical, descriptive, and techniques such as interview manager, 11 employee surveys and 15 external clients with the purpose of gathering current information from CORECAM CIA. LTDA. The external and internal diagnosis of the constructor allowed to gather relevant information for the construction of the strategic objectives, this is through evaluation matrices like: While the internal factors evaluation matrix resulted from the interview addressed to the General Manager, 11 internal customers and 15 external customers, where their weighting was 2.73, which indicates that the company CORECAM Cía. Ltda., Has greater strengths. However, in order to achieve greater efficiency and to become a company with great potential, it must work and direct its resources in order to neutralize the weaknesses detected. The weighted total is 2.69, which indicates that the company is taking advantage of the opportunities and that the threats can do much harm Once the diagnostic process was completed, strategic plans were developed with each strategic objective derived from the high impact matrix with its respective implementation budget: Elaborate the Company's Mission, Vision and Corporate Values ($ 380.10); Promote the company through an Advertising Plan in the existing media ($ 325.00); Make a promotions plan ($ 1,300.00); Elaborate a structural organization chart for the company ($ 11.00); Design a function manual for company workers ($ 66.00) and Conduct permanent training seminars for company personnel ($ 1,820.00). With a total cost of $ 3,902.10 dollars. Finally, it was stated the conclusions that evidenced the need to have a Strategic Plan, detected the lack of a business philosophy in the direction of the company and therefore it is important to recommend its implementation as well as the other strategic objectives outlined that guarantee a better development of the CORECAM CIA Company.
