El desempleo y sus efectos en el ámbito familiar en la ciudad de Loja periodo 2014 – 2015 y la intervención del trabajo social

At present employment is a precious value; because the changes we are experiencing in our society, job search, achieving and maintaining this is considered a process that drags us all life and for which we must be trained. Often being inserted in the labor market is a way to inclusion in society itself, since many of our activities and organizes both personal and social parameters we do on working hours, economic position. Production is globalized part in terms of the importance of multinational corporations and their ancillary production networks throughout the world. But multinational companies do not employ as many people as it seems is why we must work with the sector looking for new opportunity occupation. In our country where the good you live is in vogue, it becomes unattainable as unemployment, low wages and job instability, and the unfair implementation of social policies are the causes for social problems develop as crime, malnutrition, etc. Public policies and private initiatives that create work can be seen filling the gaps of labor inequality, but it is not it is becoming more and more difficult to find a formal job to job and family stability, on the understanding that a head of family cannot assume financial commitments because they do not know the future will happen. In Ecuador, the labor structure have been undergoing major transformations taking that among the factors that have determined this change can mention the global context of trade and financial liberalization, which our country has been immersed and implementation of radical changes and reforms institutional and legal, among which may be mentioned the process of labor flexibility, wage equalization efforts and reduction strategy of the state. According to the author Ernesto Peralta "unemployment is one of the social problems caused great concern in today's society. The unemployed, those without employment or occupation, must face difficult situations because they have no income with which to support themselves and their families", so that this social problem raises concerns because each one suffers the consequences the same, so it is necessary and urgent to take measures that lead to the solution, we cannot be alien to this social reality. In this scenario we should note that according to the results of this research are people engaged in masonry, agriculture, electricity, finished and pasted, the most unemployed who work in construction. As we mentioned respondents work they are given or find is temporary contract giving them, mentioning that people no longer build much, that few building and that does not cater for all the people who are unemployed in this sector "central park of the city of Loja". Working with this group of people is vital considering that they have responsibilities to fulfill, that is why the presence of the social worker is basic in this social problem to get out of their condition of need with self-help them because we are all capable to overcome the current situation, for their own development as a person and then insert it to work in their own community. In this area the Social Work as a mobilizer of knowledge is the great task to actively participate in social everydayness, build proposals for intervention and run involving capacity building, arranging the inclusion of embedded institutions and individuals that illustrate this need, awareness being necessary for active participation, without our actions as social workers will not have the desired success.
