With the proposal, compliance with the objectives set forth with the preparation of the Initial Inventory in which its assets, liabilities and assets are recorded, duly quantified and valued with this information proceeds to perform the Initial Situation Statement in which the values are reflected. with which they initiate the operations, continuing with the elaboration of plan and manual of accounts which is developed in an orderly and codified form each one of its accounts according to the necessities and policies that the company possesses to later be able to describe them to each of them in the manual of accounts which will be used in the development of the daily book which details each movement that has occurred during the accounting period in the company, continuing with the development of auxiliary records of both income and expenses to be able make the daily book and with it summarize each movement of the accounts in 5 the ledger for after Go to the trial balance and make the worksheet with the respective adjustments obtaining the income statement, the statement of financial position and the statement of cash flow. Through the accounting management proposal now the Cafeteria "EL JUGO NATURAL" has a mission, vision, values, SWOT matrix, structural organization chart, functions manual, part of addressing and finally a plan for monitoring and control of its activities that will allow the correct performance of their work responsibly to provide a better work environment.
