Sammanfattning:The present study is relevant because is developed according the normative current, and has been developed to provide alternatives lineaments for one problematic of this institution, that is the purpose of this study. Research is really important for the educational community “La Porciúncula” and this consist in their abstract introductory, as well the methodology employed is established in the developed chapter first, it means, in this is made an ordinate and chronological recount of each one of the steps followed to the develop of this study through a research process; chapter second consist the exposition and discussion of results through explicative statistical charters about the field data collected from the docents and students of seventh degree of elementary school of the educative community “La Porciúncula”; this way, on chapter third are explained the conclusions and recommendations those that have arrived after achieve a confrontation and analysis of results; finally the fourth chapter include the alternatives lineaments for elaboration of a teaching module of environmental education the one which allow improve the teaching-learning process and the application of theoretical contents as alternative for the described problem inside the researching process. It also describes the objectives which guide this study as: General Objective  To know how the teaching-learning process influences on the treatment of the theoretical contents of environmental education, inside of transversal axis curriculum, of the students of seventh degree of elementary school of de educational community “La Porciúncula” of Loja City on 2008-2009 school year. In this study it’s used methods, technical and different procedures among those which can mention the analytic argumentative method whose objective was organize the incoming data from different sources; well as were employed general technical as the analysis of documentation related with the researching thematic, that objective was obtain information of actual or past, near or far facts, that means, to have a clear horizon of the time and space; it’s used different procedures for development of the corresponding contents of the researched topic, of there that arrived to next results with their respective conclusions, among the most important are: The teaching-learning process influences on the treatment of the theoretical contents developed on the environmental education of the Natural Sciences Area in the students. In the same one way could know that the levels of knowledge of environmental education inside on Natural Sciences Area they impact on the natural and social environment valuation of the students.
