الملخص:The present investigation, it is guided to the realization an Inventory of Slips in The road Namírez - San Carlos of the Minas, Canton Zamora, Provincia de Zamora Chinchipe, with this perspective you carries out a group of field works and office determining the possible conditioning factors and present desencadenantes quantitatively in the study area, which influence directly in the appearance of new geologic threats. The topographical rising one carries out by means of the employment of the total station of where it was obtained topographical and geologic maps from the slips to scale 1:1000; the geologic of the study area obtained it to him by means of description of the blooming (with the employment of the "it registers of the Project Multinational Andean format 1.0"), likewise he/she was carried out the rising of vegetable covering by means of the ruteo based on the employment of the GPS obtaining air of division in polygons of the existent vegetable covering, to obtain maps and information of each one of the slips and of the area study inside an it bases digital and theoretical. Based on this information and with the carried out field tasks, it has been obtained thematic maps of: geology, slopes, current use of the floor, potential use of the floor, vegetable covering, precipitations, climate, geomorphology, among others. Each variable that constitutes each one of these thematic maps has been valued based on the capacity that has each one of them to be prone to the mass movements. With the help of the Systems of Geographical Information, they were in digital form each one of the variables analyzed for the overlapping of the thematic maps and to obtain the final map where the inventory of slips is shown. This obtained information, as much in digital form as in similar form will serve as base and starting point for the administration of works ingenieriles to the pertinent authorities, facilitating this way so much the taking of decisions and the appropriate handling of the resources human, environmental and economic.
