Proyecto de Factibilidad para la creación de una Empresa de Servicio de ayuda a domicilio para las personas dependientes de la tercera edad del Cantón Huaquillas-Provincia de el Oro

This thesis was conducted to determine the feasibility of creating a company on home help for dependent seniors of Canton Huaquillas, El Oro Province persons; based on the needs that are dependent seniors of our county to have a company that provides services necessary and appropriate to address the above clients people. For information and to establish this thesis, some methods and research techniques, among the most important we can mention, the scientific method which allowed scientifically explain the problem raised is used. Secondary methods as deductive, inductive, analytical and mathematical method that allowed first determine the dependent elderly people of Canton Huaquillas largely used methods. Furthermore, the mathematical method could determine the target population based on the defined population of retirees in the Canton; where it was determined that by 2015 there are 301 potential users of the service will provide. After determining the sample population proceeded to use the technique of the survey to find and identify the needs and preferences of retirees about their service requirements; through the technique of direct observation it is to obtain direct information on the environment which aims to offer the service, and to meet the needs that really show the people of the third age, in order to cover the project to be carried out. 5 It is also budgeted an initial investment of USD. 46424,46 where total costs are USD. 176521,00 and estimated revenues are USD. 211825,20 all these values are calculated for the base year. Also, in the income statement and cash flow positive balances for the 5 year life of the project you will get. To check the financial information of the project, the financial evaluation was made, where the Net Present Value is USD. 69013,77; Internal Rate of Return is the 59,62% (higher than the rate of 11,83% market opportunity), Benefit Cost Ratio is USD. 1,20, the Capital Recovery Period occurs in 1 year, 6 months, and 28 days; and Sensitivity Analysis of the project is 13,32% on increased costs, and 11,10% in reducing their income. With all the information obtained in the stages of the project it was concluded the feasibility of creating a service company home help for dependent elderly people of Canton Huaquillas, and that will take advantage of business potential that has this sector in the province of El Oro.
