總結: | The present investigation is oriented to determine the chemical composition and the nutritional valuation of peanut husk (Arachis hipogaea) in the province of Loja, it is the cantons: Paltas, Olmedo and Chaguarpamba with Caramelo Iniap 382 varieties, Rosita Iniap 381, Black Iniap 380. The chemical analysis was carried out in the laboratory of Bromatology, and the in situ digestibility in the fifth Punzara of the National University of Loja. 21 samples of 1 kg were obtained, by means of sampling by conglomerates and the following variables will be studied: dry matter (DM), ash (Cz), crude protein (PC), crude fiber (FC), in situ digestibility and energy content. An analysis of variance was performed, and Tukey's test was applied at 5%. The results have not been differentiated in the content of MS, Cz and FC according to provenance and variety, with mean values of 86.46%, 8.35%, and 73.98% respectively. The PC content varied according to the origin (p = 0.0007), observing the highest percentage in Olmedo with 12.6%; While according to the variety no significant statistical difference has been changed. The in situ degradability indicates the maximum value in the Rosita Iniap 381 variety with 27.02%; meanwhile, according to the origin, the highest percentage corresponded to the samples of the Olmedo canton with 27.51%. Regarding the energy content, the statistically significant difference is observed (p = 0.02), with the highest value in Olmedo (1.20 Mcal / kg DM). It is concluded that the peanut shell has a bromatological composition and nutritional value; so it can be an interesting alternative for the feeding of ruminants, especially in the period of greater scale of forages.
