| Sumario: | This research entitled: Digital pedagogical competences in continuous teacher training according to the digital educational agenda 2017-2021 within the educational unit "Pio Jaramillo Alvarado" of the city of Loja during the 2019-2020 school year, has as its primary objective determine the levels of appropriation of digital pedagogical competences in continuous teacher training, in which a correlational descriptive methodology is used, the same ones that allowed obtaining information and structuring the research. On the other hand, the techniques used are a questionnaire, based on a verification sheet and a teacher survey to determine the level of appropriation and the stage of continuous training of the digital educational agenda. Among the results, we seek the percentage that teachers recognize about digital pedagogical competences through the levels of appropriation (integration, reorientation and evolution) and the advantages they have when using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in a educational setting for the access, search, communication and transmission of information, for example, speeding up the evaluation processes and the ease of monitoring the students in the use of ICT in the construction of learning |
