This thesis work was carried out in compliance with the objectives set forth in the present thesis work, where: the accounting process is developed, starting with the design of a plan and manual of accounts with their respective coding according to the Needs of the company, the inventory was carried out by physical verification of the merchandise and the documentation that supports it, allowing the elaboration of the memorandum of daily operations that performs the stationery to continue with the design of auxiliary books, these are: the daily book Which allowed the registration of purchasing and sales assistants until the regulation of merchandise, at the end of the period, also developed the accounts increase to later verify the balances in the balance of checks and in the worksheet where it was The corresponding adjustments and finally the financial statements were 5 prepared in which Reflects the results obtained from the accounting process performed on the stationery that constitutes a very important tool for decision making. As for the methodology used, it is presented the methods that were applied, procedures that allowed the compilation of the information necessary for the thesis work. The work was concluded, according to the results obtained, the owner was informed that during the accounting period January-March, 2016, favorable economic results were obtained which are of great benefit to the company. Finally, it presents the conclusions and recommendations, highlighting the importance of a commercial accounting implementation in the company that will allow the owner to control the activities developed in order to know the financial economic situation.
