This study arises from the need to study the rates of violence against women that have been produced by confinement due to COVID-19 due to lack of application of the empowerment policies determined in the organic law to prevent and eradicate violence against women. woman. But the execution of the investigation made use of the scientific, inductive, deductive, analytical, synthetic and statistical method; with the intention of carrying out a study to know those basic concepts that will allow to understand the research topic, establish an opinion about the empowerment of women and the actions to promote it and determine a viable solution to the problem that occurs. The results obtained will allow determining actions that contribute to the effective development of rights, through a legal proposal that generates actions for the transformation and active exercise of women's empowerment. |
