| Résumé: | Throughout Ecuador's history, there has been both public and private economy or, failing that, mixed since 2008, a new type of economy was included in the Constitution, called the Popular and Solidarity Economy, making it possible to reduce the gaps between rich and poor. poor to seek social equality, under solidarity values of equity and repro- cess. Therefore, the Popular and Solidarity Economy will be regulated in accordance with the law and will include the cooperative, associative, community and popular socio-economic units. The Banking and Finance Career has been executing since 2017 the research project called "Forms of Cooperation that coexist within the framework of the Popular and Solidarity Economy in rural parishes of the Loja Canton", which consists of evaluating the different organizations belonging to this economy that exists in the thirteen parishes, that is why as part of the project the present thesis was carried out "ANALYSIS AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE ORGANIZATIONS OF THE POPULAR AND SOLIDARITY ECONOMY IN THE YANGANA PARISH, CANTON LOJA" whose main objective was to evaluate the forms of cooperation and solidarity that consist of the framework of the Popular and Solidarity Economy in the Yangana parish, Canton Loja. In order to comply with this general objective, specific objectives were set, firstly, the socio-economic aspects within the framework of the Popular and Solidarity Economy of the Yangana parish were characterized, allowing to know the problems and potentialities that the parish evidences. The second objective focused on making a diagnosis of the intervention that the financial organizations or organizations of the Popular and Solidarity Economy have and measuring its impact, if they have really contributed to the socio-economic development of its beneficiaries and therefore of the parish through of the financing they grant. Likewise, a proposal was made with solidarity values and territorial relevance, which seeks to improve these forms of cooperation, especially the proposal is focused on financial organizations, through the strengthening of the Solidarity Savings and Credit 5 Fund, because it is the highest movement of money, therefore it must be further enhanced to improve the generation of income, allowing a high economic impact to achieve the development and progress of it and its beneficiaries. The information obtained was collected through the bibliographic, inductive, and deductive methods through techniques such as data collection, the interview applied to representatives of financial organizations, to know general aspects of such organizations, the impact perception survey that allowed know the impact that these financial organizations have had on the beneficiaries of credit and therefore on the parish in general. In addition, instruments such as: fiches for socio-economic aspects, interview and survey guides were used, all of which helped to establish the necessary and sustainable information for the design of the proposal called Strengthening of the Savings and Loans Fund of Solidarity the Yangana parish. Finally, it is concluded that the Popular and Solidarity Economy has been disseminated in this parish, which is evidenced by the existence of several organizations belonging to this economy, but it needs to be potentiated even more for a greater economic contribution. Regarding the intervention of financial organizations, there has been a moderate social impact, in the economic, cultural and environmental sector the impacts have been low, this is evidenced through the impact matrix made. In addition, it is important to know that these moderate and low impacts, respectively, are because most of the organizations are newly created and the amounts granted are not very significant. |
