Yhteenveto:This research topic entitled EL USO DE LAS APLICACIONES MÓVILES COMO INSTRUMENTO DE MEJORA EN LA COMUNICACIÓN DENTRO DEL ENTORNO EDUCATIVO DEL BACHILLERATO DEL COLEGIO PARTICULAR A DISTANCIA AMAZONAS, SECCIÓN MATUTINA DE LA PROVINCIA Y CANTÓN LOJA, PERÍODO 2014 -2015, the central problem turns around to bit strengthened communication into the educational environment of the high school, therefore the purpose of this research states in a mobile application design's that serves as a tool for improve and benefit both, teachers and students. It is proposed as general objective analyzing the use of mobile applications as a means of improving communication within the school Baccalaureate "Amazonas" educational environment. Scientific, empirical, descriptive, analytic-synthetic, statistical and experimental for achieving the objectives: the methods used in the following investigation. It obtaining data based on the application of tools such as interviews applied to students and survey the teacher continued with the tabulation of results that are represented in statistical tables and graphs to and perform analysis and interpretation. Given the applied instruments are able to determine the interest of both the teacher and students in having a mobile character tool to strengthen the existing communication between the parties and also with the purpose of exchanging information, taking advantage of the ownership of a 89% of mobile devices by high school students, and a level of a 88% interest in having it, a matter which gave way to proceed with the design of an application mentioned features and other requirements established by the end user, is to say the students themselves. Finally once the research a set of recommendations is proposed to monitor and strengthen the process of change and improvement within the school.
