EL LIDERAZGO DE LA DIRIGENCIA, Y SU INFLUENCIA EN EL DESARROLLO COMUNITARIO DEL BARRIO CAPULI LOMA DEL CANTÓN LOJA

This paper titled: "THE LEADERSHIP LEADERSHIP AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT CAPULI LOMA DEL LOJA CANTON" is very important because it contains a critical inquiry into certain categories such as: concepts of leadership, types, functions, their different characteristics as well as regard to definition and concepts community organization, leaders and residents being the main actors and responsible for this research. The overall objective of the initiative is to enhance the leadership of the leadership to bring forward community development in the neighborhood Loma Capulí; to execute the methodology of community self was used, which allowed to have an experience close to the plaintiff group, in this case the leaders and residents of the community, and in the same way the techniques are used such as the interview, dialogues and surveys; who helped discover the negative issues affecting within the community, then by reflections could get to the search for solutions; It has been very important to the development of this methodology which has led to a more clear and precise information, which served as full support to contrast the results without leaving the bibliographic research of each of the indicators studied. Importantly, the results found by the research process in terms of the lack of leadership highlights the following causes: disorganization of the inhabitants, much selfishness, and inadequate practice of valuesof coexistence among others. Why it has conducted quantitative and qualitative analysis which could detail the general understanding of the results achieved, thereby enabling justify the problem posed at the beginning of the project. 5 As main contribution to this research was to make a proposal for social intervention that was very useful to the inhabitants of the community of Loma Capulí located in the city of Loja.
